Open Arts Playshop

This is an online, facilitated play space for those who want to experiment with Self-led creative expression. All exercises & invitations to share are optional.

This is a drop-in group open to all who want to experiment with using the creative arts tools (drawing, movement, music, creative writing, enactment, sound etc) to get to know their Self and to make loving contact with their parts.

Each group has a dedicated creative healing theme & optional suggestions for arts play explorations alone & together.
