In the February 2021 Creative Expedition we explore the topic of creative protection - protecting that within us which is vulnerable to harm from that which threatens, for whatever reason, to overpower or harm us and our creative urges.

The process guides a simple visual art therapy tool which facilitates recognition of how we experience safety (or lack thereof) when it comes to our creativity, and helps us to fortify and forge a protective layer to keep our creative insides more secure and strong.
